Shipping Policy
Fast Domestic Shipping (US / UK / Canada)
Shipments within the US, UK, and Canada are fulfilled from our local warehouses. Once your order is verified, processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders are processed during business days (Monday – Friday).
Our goal is to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days. However, please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons (such as year-end holidays or major sales events).
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 8-12 business days
- Canada: 10-20 business days
- United Kingdom: 8-12 business days
During holidays or limited-edition launches, delivery times may vary. Please be aware of potential delays in such cases.
For all domestic USA orders, we offer our standard shipping option with delivery in 7-10 business days.
We partner with leading carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS) to ensure efficient and reliable service.
At checkout, you’ll be informed of the expected delivery date. Please note that shipments are only processed on US business days.
Once your shipment is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number, typically within 1-2 business days, so you can monitor your package as it makes its way to you.
International Shipping
For customers outside the US, we offer UPS International Shipping. Shipping fees are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times for international orders (outside the US) are typically:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Once your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a notification via email to track your order.
Customs and Duties
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any customs delays or additional charges once the package has left the United States. Processing times with customs vary and can affect delivery times.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
Lost or Misplaced Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was successfully delivered, and the address provided at checkout matches the one we shipped to, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for misplaced items.
